How this works:

I’m not here to fix you, push you, or hand you a plan.

My role is to listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and reflect back what I hear — often helping you see things more clearly or from a slightly different angle.

Together, we untangle what feels messy, clarify what feels true, and make sense of where you are in this season of life.

 

Before we begin, I’ll invite you to complete a thoughtful intake questionnaire.

This gives you time to sit with meaningful questions at your own pace — without feeling rushed — and begin reflecting on where you are and what feels important right now. Many women find that simply taking the time to write their responses is a valuable first step.

You’ll return it a few days before our first session, which allows me to read through it carefully and begin to understand your experiences, your questions, and what may be emerging for you in this season.

It also gives us a natural and meaningful place to begin our conversation.

 

My approach is simple and not built around a curriculum or rigid plan.

Our work centers on thoughtful, one-on-one conversations that create space for you to slow down, reflect, and explore the questions that naturally arise in this season of life.

At times, I may introduce a question, a reflection, or a simple exercise that helps you think about your life in a new way. I may suggest a journaling prompt or share a perspective that invites you to notice something you hadn’t seen before.

But there is no set program to follow — we allow the conversation to unfold in a way that feels natural and meaningful for you.

 

Over time, many women find that something begins to shift.

They often leave these conversations with:

• a clearer understanding of what matters to them now
• greater trust in their own instincts and decisions
• a sense of calm and perspective during times of change
• new ways of thinking about the possibilities ahead

Sessions & Pricing

Coaching sessions are $80 per session.

Sessions are one-on-one and offered by phone, Zoom, or in person.
Most sessions are 60 minutes, with in-person sessions sometimes running a bit longer.

There are no packages or required commitments. We meet weekly, twice a month, or at a pace that feels right for you.
