How This Works

We begin with conversation

Our work starts simply — with a phone, Zoom, or in-person conversation. There is no need for a clear agenda, nor the need to know exactly what you want to say. Some women come with a specific question; others just know something feels off or unfinished.

This first conversation is about listening, noticing patterns, and beginning to put language around what you’re experiencing — without rushing toward answers.

We meet at a pace that feels
right for you

Coaching sessions are one-on-one and conversational, not scripted. We meet by phone, Zoom, or in person — weekly, twice a month, or at a rhythm that feels supportive for you.

Working together over a period of three months is often a good place to start. It allows time to settle into the process, build trust, and do meaningful, reflective work — creating space for insights and discoveries to emerge.

Each session builds on the last. We follow what’s emerging — questions, hesitations, long-held beliefs, or areas of life that are asking for more attention. There’s room for reflection, honesty, and pauses.

I listen closely and reflect back what matters

I'm not here to fix you, push you, or hand you a plan. My role is to listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and reflect back what I hear — often helping you see things more clearly or from a slightly different angle.

Together, we untangle what feels messy, clarify what feels true, and make sense of where you are in this season of life.

Clarity unfolds naturally

Over time, many women notice a shift — not because they were told what to do, but because they’ve slowed down enough to hear themselves more clearly. Decisions feel steadier. Self-trust grows. What matters now becomes easier to name.

This work isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about reconnecting with yourself and choosing your next steps with greater awareness.

Some women work with me for a short season; others stay longer as their lives continue to evolve. There’s no pressure to commit beyond what feels right. We check in regularly to be sure the work is still serving you.

Sessions & Pricing

Coaching sessions are $80 per session.

Sessions are one-on-one and offered by phone, Zoom, or in person.
Most sessions are 60 minutes, with in-person sessions sometimes running a bit longer.

There are no packages or required commitments. We meet weekly, twice a month, or at a pace that feels right for you.
